How It Works

1. CONTACT & DISCOVERY CALL

We chat about your space, style preferences, and budget. You'll get clear pricing upfront and can ask any questions about the process.

2. CONTRACT & DEPOSIT

Next, you will receive the contract and invoice for a 2 hour design services retainer. You will be able to sign the contract online and pay the invoice online via bank transfer or any major credit card.

3. DESIGN QUESTIONNAIRE

If you have not already, you will complete our design questionnaire to hone in on your style and color likes and dislikes as well as any ideas you may already have. Send us photos and measurements of your space.

4. DESIGN PROCESS

Our team creates your custom design, including paint colors, furniture, decor, and layout recommendations that fit your style and budget.

5. SEND DESIGN DRAFT

Within 2-4 days, you'll receive your design board. Collaborate with us online to make any tweaks until you love every detail.

6. FEEDBACK & REVISIONS

Purchase items directly from vendors using our curated shopping list - no designer markup, just beautiful results!

How long does the e-design process take? Most design boards are completed within 2-4 days after we receive your photos and measurements. The revision process depends on how many changes you'd like, but most clients are happy with their final design within a week.

Do I have to buy everything on the shopping list? Not at all! Our design gives you a complete roadmap, but you can implement it at your own pace and budget. Many clients start with paint and a few key pieces, then add items over time.

What if I want to keep some existing furniture? We love working with pieces you already own! Just let us know what you'd like to keep during our discovery call, and we'll design around those items to create a cohesive look.

Is there a markup on the products you recommend? No markup whatsoever! You purchase directly from the vendors at regular retail prices. Our fee is strictly for the design time and expertise - we don't make money on product sales.

Do you offer color consultations separately? At this time, we only offer color consultations as part of our complete e-design service. This ensures the colors work harmoniously with your overall design plan.
