HOME STAGING CONSULTATION
Our Home Staging Consultation is a 1–2 hour in-home visit where we walk through each room and provide expert recommendations to prepare your property for sale. After the consultation, you’ll receive a detailed written report outlining all suggested updates—from decluttering and rearranging furniture to minor repairs—so you can choose to implement the changes yourself or hire us for additional staging services. This service is perfect for DIY sellers or as a first step toward using our partial occupied home staging.

PARTIAL OCCUPIED HOME STAGING
Our Partial Occupied Home Staging service is perfect for sellers who will continue living in their home while it’s on the market. We work with your existing furniture and décor, thoughtfully editing and rearranging to showcase the home’s strengths. Then, we bring in key supplemental items—such as artwork, rugs, lighting, bedding, and accessories—to complete the look, creating a cohesive, polished space that photographs beautifully and appeals to today’s buyers.

OUR HOME STAGING PROCESS
4. SCHEDULE
Once we receive your signed contract and payment, your staging is scheduled and we begin planning, book movers, select and pull inventory.
5. STAGING
Stagings for the average sized home take about 5 hours to complete. Larger homes over 2,500 sqft may take longer. We recommend scheduling photographers for the following day.
6. DE-STAGING
Once the home is sold, or at your direction, we will come and remove all furnishings, artwork and accessories from the home. We recommend keeping the home staged through the appraisal stage. De-staging typically takes 2-3 hours.
1. CONTACT AND INITIAL ESTIMATE
You contact us and provide us with the details of your staging project. The more information you can provide regarding the size of the home, number of rooms, timing etc, the more accurate our initial estimate will be.
2. QUOTE & CONTRACT
Based on the information provided, we can email you a quote the same day. Once you accept the quote online, you will be able to e-sign the contract and pay the deposit online through bank transfer or with any major credit card.
3. SITE VISIT
Once you accept our quote, we will visit your home to take all necessary measurements & photos for the staging. We are happy to meet with you at the site visit or can use a lockbox you provide for us.
