Our E-Design (virtual interior design) service is available to clients anywhere in the United States. Because the entire process is conducted online, location is no barrier to receiving our professional design expertise.

We pride ourselves on fast turnaround times! Most stagings can be completed within a week or less from contract signing. The actual staging installation for an average-sized home typically takes about 3-4 hours. Larger homes over 2,500 square feet may require additional time. We understand that the real estate market moves quickly, and we're equipped to meet tight deadlines.

Yes! Our Home Staging Consultation is a 1-2 hour in-home visit where we assess your property and provide expert recommendations to prepare it for sale.

For clients looking for help in creating the best looking home by both completing some tasks on their own as well as have us come in for additional partial staging services and bring items from our inventory, the full staging consultation + report, which includes a detailed summary report outlining suggested updates, from decluttering and furniture arrangement to minor repairs as well as a proposal for additional items we can bring in before photos, is the best fit. For insurance purposes, we kindly request that clients are not present while our team is staging the property. Staging is a dynamic, creative process involving many moving pieces and team members, often in confined spaces.

To achieve the best final aesthetic, adjustments are made throughout the process. We have observed that seeing individual items placed temporarily can sometimes cause clients unnecessary worry. Therefore, we believe it's best to wait for a final reveal.

Our team always records a video of the completed staging and shares it with our clients on the same day.
