Can I be present during the staging installation?

For insurance purposes, we kindly request that clients are not present while our team is staging the property. Staging is a dynamic, creative process involving many moving pieces and team members, often in confined spaces.

To achieve the best final aesthetic, adjustments are made throughout the process. We have observed that seeing individual items placed temporarily can sometimes cause clients unnecessary worry. Therefore, we believe it's best to wait for a final reveal.

Our team always records a video of the completed staging and shares it with our clients on the same day.
