YOUR STAGING PROJECT

OUR STAGING PROCESS

1. CONTACT AND INITIAL ESTIMATE

You contact us and provide us with the details of your staging project. The more information you can provide regarding the size of the home, number of rooms, timing etc, the more accurate our initial estimate will be. 

2. SITE VISIT

Once you accept our initial estimate, we will visit your home to take all necessary measurements & photos for the staging. We are happy to meet with you at the site visit or can use a lockbox you provide for us.

3. QUOTE & CONTRACT

After the site visit we will email you the detailed quote as well as the contract. Once you accept the quote online, you will be able to e-sign the contract and pay the deposit online through bank transfer or with any major credit card.

4. SCHEDULE

Once we receive your signed contract and payment, your staging is scheduled and we begin planning, schedule movers, select and pull inventory.

5. STAGING

Staging usually takes 4-6 hours. Larger homes over 2,500 sqft may take longer. We recommend scheduling photographers for the following day.

6. DE-STAGING

Once the home is sold, or at your direction, we will come and remove all furnishings, artwork and accessories from the home. We recommend keeping the home staged through the appraisal stage. De-staging typically takes 3-4 hours.

We carefully select the right pieces for the style of your home but even for older homes we recommend a transitional style to help it feel updated and appeal to today's buyers.
